Terms of Service

Just to make sure we're on the same page, these are my terms! I won't work outside of these rules and boundaries

  • Full/half payment must be upfront before I start work on anything. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis.

  • Communication and Updates will be done via Discord.

  • If you're wondering about progress on your commission, press the "Progress" button on my Carrd's homepage, it will direct you to Trello where I'll be posting updates on whose commissions I'm actively working on, and whose next in the queue. (W.I.P)

  • I hold the right to refuse drawings. I'm very open to drawing all sorts of things, few requests are "too much" but in the case that you hit that 1% of yikes, don't act like I owe you.

  • I will not take abuse. If at any point I feel threatened by our communications, I will be cancelling your commission with no chance of refund. I simply ask for human decency and professionalism. Don't threaten my livelihood, my health, or my reputation during the process.

  • Revisions are free (to a degree) DURING THE SKETCH PHASE. After line art is complete, major changes will cost extra. I like to make sure everyone gets exactly what they set out for, but I've had a few cases of people abusing my willingness to help. Revising passed the sketch takes time, which slows the whole process down and sets everyone's schedule behind. I'm happy to explain more in DMs, just make sure you're happy with a sketch before saying "Its good"

  • Don't use my art to power AI. Me and my Clients hold legal rights to my artwork, any and all use of my artwork involving AI will result in legal action.

  • My prices will not be lowered outside of official deals and sales by ME. Do not try and negotiate my prices. (Unless of course I bring it up first and we're talking about it. Context matters)

  • Refund Policy! Refunds will not be issued passed the line art phase. Refunds are eligible if your piece takes longer than 3 months. Things can take a long time with me being a full time artist and student, your art is coming and if it has been beyond 3 months, then something has gone horribly shit-fuck.

  • You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

  • Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

  • I can only refund around 80% if there are errors in PayPal fees, taxes and/or transfer fees.

  • Your commission will be private unless given express permission for me to post on socials.

  • I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

  • Credit to me, the artist, is required unless an NDA fee is paid.

  • UPDATE 4/12/26

  • Deadlines shorter than 1 month require a rush fee to be paid. This does not apply to employment.

  • PAYPAL DISCLAIMER. Payments via Paypal/Wise are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated. I will cover the Paypal/Wise fees as it is expected from the Artist per PayPal/Wise ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay. All purchases are for digital artworks and the intellectual property of said artworks, none of which is ever physically shipped.

Character IllustrationsAny character, $95Additional Characters $45/each

Book Cover / WrapPlain Covers, $150Full book wrap, $200(All artwork for books will not include my signature, and my NDA policy applies, free of charge)

Simple Character SheetSimple- Low res, few details/poses, simple background. Often a front and back view of character with few other character emotes.A simple character sheet will primarily display your characters generic look, and little else to do with them as characters.$100

Complex Character SheetComplex- High res, multiple details/poses, character inspired detailed background, additional emojis/character expressions.A detailed character sheet will be the BEST way to reference your character both to your audience and to other artists who may want to draw your character. A complex sheet will provide much more character.$300

AnimaticsAnimatics cost $200 for every 1 minute. Every second between 1 minute intervals cost an additional $3Example: Length of 1:30 will cost $290

Employment!Say, do you like capitalism?So do I! And I'll be your monthly employee, creating art for whatever you need.
